The horn features selectable coded or sustained tones with no duty cycle or interval limitations, making it suitable for continuous operation. Its rugged polycarbonate housing and polymeric speaker are corrosion-resistant and weatherproof, meeting Type 4X standards when installed with the included panel mount gasket or an optional non-metallic weatherproof backbox. The 450E-024 is UL and cUL listed, UL Fire Listed, ULC Canadian Fire Listed, and CSFM approved, ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.
