The Honeywell C7035A1031 is a compact ultraviolet (UV) flame detector, commonly known as the Minipeeper. Designed for use with Honeywell flame safeguard controls, it monitors coal, gas, and oil-fired burners by detecting UV radiation emitted during combustion. This sensor mounts on a 1-inch sighting pipe using an integral collar and features a rugged, encapsulated sensing tube for maximum protection. It meets NEMA 3 and NEMA 4 ratings, ensuring suitability for both indoor and outdoor applications. The C7035A1031 is equipped with a field-replaceable UV sensing tube and can be wired in parallel for challenging sighting installations. It also seals against pressures up to 5 psi (34.5 kPa) when correctly installed, making it versatile for various industrial environments.
