The IFM KI0020 is a cylindrical capacitive proximity sensor designed for reliable detection of both metallic and non-metallic objects in industrial automation applications. With a sensing range of 15 mm, it offers precise detection capabilities. The sensor operates on a wide voltage range of 20–250 V AC/DC, providing flexibility for various control systems. Its robust M30 × 1.5 threaded housing ensures secure mounting, while the IP65 rating guarantees protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in demanding environments. The KI0020 features a normally closed (NC) output and includes a yellow LED indicator for easy status monitoring.​
