The Infineon FP50R12KT4_B16 is a high-performance IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) module designed for three-phase inverter applications. Part of Infineon's EconoPIM™ 2 series, it integrates a fast TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4, an Emitter Controlled 4 diode, and an NTC thermistor into a compact, low-inductance package. This module is optimized for high-frequency switching, offering low switching losses and high power density, making it suitable for demanding applications such as motor drives, renewable energy systems, and industrial power supplies.
