The Keyence CZ-K1P is a compact and versatile RGB digital fibre optic amplifier designed for precise colour detection in industrial automation applications. It features a PNP output configuration and supports red, green, and blue LED light sources, enabling accurate colour matching and differentiation. The amplifier offers selectable response times of 300 µs or 1 ms, catering to various detection needs. It includes an LCD display for monitoring matching rate and received light intensity, and provides error indicators for excess light intensity, insufficient light intensity, and insufficient colour difference. The CZ-K1P supports 1-point or 2-point calibration methods and offers tolerance value adjustment through numerical settings on the digital display. It also features a timer function with OFF-delay timer (40 ms) and timer OFF options.
