The Keyence FS-V21RP is a compact and versatile digital fibre amplifier designed for precise object detection in automation and manufacturing applications. Featuring a red LED light source, it offers multiple response time settings—ranging from 50 µs (High Speed) to 4 ms (Ultra Turbo)—to accommodate various detection needs. The amplifier supports PNP output and provides selectable Light-ON/Dark-ON modes, along with a shift function of up to ±1,999. Its dual 7-segment display allows for simultaneous viewing of preset and current values, while the built-in timer function offers OFF, ON-delay, OFF-delay, and one-shot modes with variable ranges from 1 to 500 ms. Designed for durability, the FS-V21RP operates within a temperature range of -10 to +55°C and features a polycarbonate housing weighing approximately 80 g. This model has been discontinued, with the FS-N40 series recommended as a replacement .​
