The Keyence LK-G80 is a high-speed, high-accuracy CCD laser displacement sensor head designed for precise measurement applications. It utilizes a red semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm, emitting a 4.8 mW output. The sensor offers a spot diameter of approximately 70 µm at a reference distance of 80 mm, providing a measuring range of ±15 mm for diffuse reflection and ±14 mm for specular reflection. With a linearity of ±0.05% of full scale and repeatability of 0.2 µm, it ensures exceptional measurement precision. The LK-G80 supports selectable sampling frequencies of 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1,000 µs, allowing flexibility to meet various application needs. It features an LED display that indicates measurement status: green near the center of measurement, orange within the measurement area, and orange flashing outside the measurement area. The sensor operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +50°C and relative humidity of 35 to 85% RH (non-condensing), with an enclosure rating of IP67, making it suitable for industrial environments.
