The Keyence LK-G82 is a high-precision laser displacement sensor head designed for the LK-G3000 series. It utilizes a red semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 655 nm and offers a spot diameter of approximately 70 µm at a reference distance of 80 mm. The sensor provides a measuring range of ±15 mm for diffused reflection and ±14 mm for specular reflection, with a linearity of ±0.05% of full scale. It boasts exceptional repeatability of 0.2 µm and supports selectable sampling frequencies ranging from 20 µs to 1,000 µs. The LK-G82 features an LED display indicating measurement status and has a temperature characteristic of 0.01% of full scale per °C. Housed in an aluminum die-cast enclosure with an IP67 rating, it is suitable for industrial environments with ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to 50°C and relative humidity between 35% and 85% (non-condensing).
