The FP50R12KE3 is a high-performance 1200 V, 50 A three-phase input rectifier IGBT module from Infineon Technologies, part of the EconoPIM™ 3 family. It features the latest TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 technology, offering low saturation voltage and fast switching capabilities. The module integrates a brake chopper and rectifier, enabling significant system cost savings. Designed with a low stray inductance layout and a copper baseplate for optimized heat dissipation, it ensures high reliability and power density. The FP50R12KE3 is available with both solderable and PressFIT pins, providing flexibility for various mounting options.
