The Infineon T640N18TOF is a high-performance phase control thyristor designed for industrial power applications. Housed in a hermetically sealed ceramic disc package with a 48 mm diameter and 14 mm height, it offers robust performance with an 1800 V repetitive peak off-state voltage and a 644 A average on-state current at 85°C. This SCR module is engineered for high surge current capability, fast turn-on characteristics, and excellent dv/dt performance, making it suitable for demanding environments such as motor control, induction heating, and power supplies.​
