Product Description

The Keyence LK-081 is a high-precision CCD laser displacement sensor head designed for accurate measurement of small targets. It utilizes a visible red semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 670 nm, emitting a 0.95 mW output. The sensor offers a measuring range of ±15 mm with a reference distance of 80 mm, providing exceptional linearity of ±0.1% of full scale and repeatability of 3 µm. The LK-081 provides analog outputs, including a ±5 V voltage output and a 4 to 20 mA current output with a 100 Ω impedance, facilitating integration into various measurement systems. It also features alarm outputs, sampling cycles of 1,024 µs, and functions such as auto-zero, analog output holding during alarms, gain switching, response switching, and span and shift adjustment. Designed for industrial environments, the LK-081 operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 to +50°C and relative humidity of 35% to 85% RH (non-condensing), with an enclosure rating of IP67.
